Important!
If the product did not meet your expectations, you may return it. All product categories of appropriate quality are eligible for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the customer receives the product. The return shipping is carried out at the customer's expense.
The product goes through two stages of inspection:
By the manufacturer.
By the customer upon receipt at the transport company's office.
We cannot guarantee the integrity of the product during transportation. In case of damage or malfunction during shipping, the product is considered of inappropriate quality.
If after receiving the package you wish to exchange the item for another or get a refund, you need to send an email to multitac.help@gmail.com, stating the reason for the return, your contact details, and the tracking number (TTN) by which you received the product.

Conditions for Returning/Exchanging Products of Appropriate Quality
All claims regarding products are accepted only in written form.
Only unused products in their original packaging can be returned.
The cost of delivery services is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange is not possible if:
The product has been used and shows signs of wear by the consumer, such as scratches, scuffs, stains, etc.
The product is damaged or has lost its consumer properties and is incomplete.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the company may refuse to exchange or return products of appropriate quality if they belong to categories listed in the current List of Non-Food Products of Appropriate Quality that Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged.
