Orders are shipped via "Nova Poshta" at the recipient's expense, according to the carrier's rates, throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories. Shipping for orders over UAH 20,000 is covered by us. Please note that some "Nova Poshta" branches and pick-up points have restrictions on weight and cash-on-delivery amounts. You can check the current restrictions and the list of operational "Nova Poshta" branches on the carrier's website. Payment for orders on our website can be made in several ways:
Online via your bank card;
Bank transfer to our account details;
Cash on delivery upon receipt at the "Nova Poshta" branch.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days.
Orders for items labeled "In Stock" will be dispatched within 1-3 days after payment is received (you will receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed, and you can also track your order status on the tracking page on our website). Please note that the delivery and/or production times indicated on the website are approximate: in some cases, delays may occur due to objective reasons beyond our control (for example, supplier delays in providing materials for the production of our goods, customs clearance queues, etc.). If there is a change in the delivery time of your order, you will receive an email notification, and you can also track the updated delivery time on the tracking page. We strive to resolve any such issues as quickly as possible.
